26-Year-Old Crystle Stewart Crowned Miss USA

LAS VEGAS — Crystle Stewart of Texas has been crowned Miss USA 2008.
The 26-year-old entrepreneur beat out 50 other aspiring beauty queens in a pageant televised live from Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
Stewart edged out first runner-up Leah Laviano of Mississippi and Tiffany Andrade of New Jersey.
Donny and Marie Osmond hosted the show aired on NBC, which co-owns the pageant with Donald Trump.
