Tuesday night's two-hour premiere of the highly anticipated "90210" spin-off didn't disappoint. "90210" proved it's still the hottest zip code on TV, with nearly 5 million viewers tuning into the series premiere, which ET confirms was the highest-rated scripted debut show in The CW history. "90210"out did prior teen series premieres such as "Dawson's Creek", "Gilmore Girls" and "The OC." The spin-off also acquired a 2.6 rating among adults 18-40, another record for The CW network.
