A-Rod Tailing Cynthia?

A-Rod's estranged wife Cynthia is playing hardball! In papers filed for the couple's divorce, she wants to know if the All-Star baller wiretapped her phone -- or had her followed by private investigators, reports the NY Post . In shocking court docs, Cynthia's counsel has requested that the slugger hand over "any reports you have received from a detective, investigator or any other person based upon surveillance of your spouse." Papers filed by the Yankee's wife allege her husband's infidelity and emotional abandonment as cause for divorce. Lawyers for Cynthia have also accused A-Rod of having an "emotional affair" with Madonna. (link)
