Aaron Carter Being Held In Texas Jail

Aaron Carter pulled over in Texas. ET confirms the news that AARON CARTER , little brother of former Backstreet boy NICK CARTER is currently serving jail time after being taken into custody in Kimble County, Texas. According to Sheriff MIKE CHAPMAN , Carter was pulled over today for speeding . Officers searched his vehicle and found a "usable amount of marijuana." Carter is being charged with a misdemeanor (under TX law a misdemeanor charge would be for having up to 2 ounces of marijuana) and reportedly will be in court tomorrow morning where his bail will be set.
