Actor Morgan Freeman Leaves Hospital

Morgan Freeman was discharged from a Tennessee hospital Thursday following surgery from a weekend car crash, the Associated Press reports. Freeman, 71 — who suffered a broken arm, broken elbow and shoulder damage after his car flipped over on a Mississippi highway on Sunday — underwent surgery on Monday. On Tuesday, his rep said he was "doing well," even chatting with family members who visited him. The Dark Knight star exits the hospital a day after his business partner announced that the actor and his wife of 24 years, costumer Myrna Colley-Lee , "are involved in a divorce action ."
