Attorney in Britney Spears Case: No Plans of Backing Down

The fight for Britney continues. According to Reuters,   JOHN EARDLEY the man claiming to be  BRITNEY SPEARS  attorney says he has no plans on backing down. This news comes just one day after a federal judge ruled that he was not in fact the song birds lawyer. Eardley claims he was hired by Ms. Spears on February 12, however a California judge had already appointed conservators to control both her personal and business affairs along with another lawyer to represent her.   Eardley claims that Spears' civil rights have been violated by the appointing of conservators because she was not present. He also believes that her conservators are not acting in her best interest Reuters reports. (link)
