Following the wide circulation of photos that surfaced of Balthazar Getty kissing a topless Sienna Miller, the actor has issued a statement announcing his split with wife, Rosetta Getty. "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved," the "Brothers & Sisters" star said the statement released to Access Hollywood .
