Film News: Monday-Thursday tallies spread the wealth -- On Aug. 6, Sony's R-rated "Pineapple Express" debuted to $12.1 million (a record for any Wednesday in August). That same day, Warner's "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2" grossed $5.8 million -- auspicious, considering the first pic made just $9 million in its three-day opening weekend.
