LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears' legal team has rejected a plea deal in the pop star's driver's license case, and as a result, Britney's case will soon be in the hands her peers. Britney's invalid license case will go before a jury on October 15, after her attorney, Michael Flanagan, turned down the prosecution's offer of a $150 fine and 12 months probation. "A misdemeanor is a criminal offense and I will not plead to one," Flanagan told Access Hollywood. (link)
