LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Britney Spears is heading back to MTV's "Video Music Awards," Access Hollywood has confirmed. The pop singer, who made headlines last year after a rough performance of "Gimme More" opened the show, filmed a cameo for the 2008 "VMA" promos, Tuesday in Los Angeles.
