Christian Bailed?

ET has the latest... Is Caped Crusader Christian Bale out of custody? Scotland Yard tells ET that a 34-year-old man has just been released on bail and will return to court in September. Sky News quotes sources as saying that Bale, 34, was arrested and questioned by British police earlier today. He was allegedly accused of assault by his own mother and sister the day before the London premiere of the latest Batman phenomenon 'The Dark Knight.'  Britain's Press Association reports his 61-year-old mother and 40-year-old sister filed a complaint with police yesterday, alleging that Bale lashed out at them  Sunday night at a London hotel. People.com reports that Bale was driven by a 10-man police escort today from London's Belgravia police station and transported to the Dorchester Hotel, the same hotel where the alleged incident occurred.  (link)
