ET has the latest... Just in: It's been determined that the divorce trial for Christie Brinkley and her estranged husband Peter Cook will be open to the public, which is what Christie had requested. The documents will also not be sealed, which is what Cook had requested. See the court documents here . "We are pleased with the judge's decision and wish this didn't happen," her lawyer tells ET. "Since the case hasn't been able to be resolved, Ms. Brinkley looks forward to her day in court." (link)
