Christie Brinkley Out in the Hamptons

The soon-to-be single supermodel steps out. The beautiful Christie Brinkley isn't letting a difficult divorce battle keep her down. The model was seen enjoying Saturday evening out in the Hamptons, where she received a special honor from the American Heart Association.   Brinkley received the Humanitarian with Heart award at the 12th Annual Heart of the Hamptons Gala for her commitment to helping children live healthier lives. She said she is very honored to receive the award from the AHA since her own mother has suffered five strokes that originated in the heart. She said she is convinced that research from the cardiac organization made it possible for her mother to be alive today. (link)
