Friend and "Oceans Eleven" co-star George Clooney will attend the funeral of actor Bernie Mac, who passed away last weekend after a bout of pneumonia. Clooney is reportedly flying to Chicago to pay his respects, reports CelebTV.com.
"The world just got a little less funny," Clooney told People magazine of Mac's death. "He will be missed dearly." Bernie's wife Rhonda also opened up to the mag about her husband's passing -- and how she felt his presence the day after he died, saying, "A chill just came over me and I knew it was him. I get through because I know he's in a better place now."
Mac died August 9 at age 50. He is survived by Rhonda and their daughter, Je'Niece.
