Court Rejects Britney's Conservatorship Appeal

ET has the latest... A new court document obtained by ET reveals that a court has rejected the latest appeal filed on behalf of BRITNEY SPEARS to have her conservatorship overturned.   A California appellate court ruled in Los Angeles that the motion was not filed with correct procedures and therefore the appeal was denied. The 26-year-old singer is seeking to have a court reverse the current conservatorship of her father, JAMES SPEARS . (link)
