Courteney Cox: Dirt "Got Canceled"

Courteney Cox has revealed her FX series Dirt , in which she plays the editor of a weekly celebrity magazine, won't be returning for a third season. "It just got canceled," Cox, 42, told TV Guide Season 2 of the series, was cut short by the writer's strike. But Cox won't be sitting home bored. She and hubby David Arquette with whom she produced Dirt are already working on other projects. "We're developing all kinds of stuff right now. We'll be producing more stuff together, for sure," the actress told TV Guide . Meanwhile, Cox will have more time to double date with BFF Jennifer Aniston and her new beau John Mayer . Days after Aniston introduced Mayer to Cox, Cox told Usmagazine.com that her former Friends co-star is in a good place.
