'CSI''s Petersen to Return!

"The Insider" has the latest... It's official! After long negotiations, WILLIAM PETERSEN will be returning for the ninth season of the long-running CBS crime series "CSI" -- albeit for less episodes, according to The Hollywood Reporter . Petersen will appear in fewer episodes because he is starring in the play, Dublin Carol, in his hometown of Chicago. And although he will have a reduced workload, he will reportedly earn a whopping $600,000 an episode. Petersen is also one of the show's executive producers. (link)
