D.L. Hughley Compares His New Show to David Letterman

He'll bring the laughs Saturday nights on CNN. Comedian D.L. Hughley is set to launch his own news-geared talk show on CNN, and he says it'll be more like the "Late Show" than a certain Comedy Central fave. The Saturday night program, tentatively called “D.L. Hughley Breaks the News,” will debut on October 25 and broadcast live Saturday nights at 10 p.m., says the Associated Press. Despite its newsy theme, Hughley says his show will be more akin to Letterman or Jay Leno than Jon Stewart’s “Daily Show.” (link)
