"The Insider" has the scoop...
A Los Angeles court has thrown out a fraud lawsuit against Oscar-winning actor ROBERT DeNIRO .
Fireman's Fund Insurance Company had accused De Niro of purposely withholding a prostate cancer diagnosis that affected his ability to work on the 2003 movie 'Hide and Seek.'
According to a publicist for De Niro, he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer five days after undergoing a physical exam for insurance purposes -- Fireman's Fund, which insured the film against losses incurred from filming delays, claimed in the lawsuit that he had known about the cancer diagnosis.
