Denise Richards Heads To Court In Surprise Appearance

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- The battle between Denise Richards and ex-husband Charlie Sheen rages on. In a surprise move today, Richards and her divorce attorney, Neal Hersh, went into Los Angeles Superior Court for an ex parte hearing. While Hersh would not disclose the reason for the hearing, he did tell Access Hollywood that it's a "serious issue involving the children," referring to Sheen's and Richards' daughters, Sam and Lola.
