NEW YORK, New York -- Lindsay Lohan came out swinging last night in New York, as the starlet was involved in an altercation with a photographer. The "Mean Girls" star was walking into New York's Bowery Hotel, the same place where Jennifer Lopez was throwing Marc Anthony's 40th birthday party, when Lindsay thought a member of the paparazzi had purposely tripped her. Lindsay, dressed in a gray hoodie and talking on a cell phone, appeared to punch the paparazzo right on the nose. (link)
