Former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant CRISTIAN DE LA FUENTE , who tore a muscle in his bicep during a routine on the show, underwent successful surgery Friday to repair the injury, according to People magazine. De la Fuente's doctor told the mag that the actor "will have a full recovery and full strength back."
