Dylan, Raconteurs Lead New Philadelphia Festival

Clothing retailer American Eagle Outfitters has tapped Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis to curate the first New American Music Union festival, to be held Aug. 8-9 at SouthSide Works in Philadelphia.
