George Clooney 's ex-girlfriend Sarah Larson has moved on. Single life is "working for me right now," she told Usmagazine.com before hosting Tao Nightclub at the Venetian Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas Friday. "It's going well," the 29-year-old model added.
