Hayden Panettiere's Father Arrested For Spousal Abuse

Hayden Panettiere's father was arrested Monday morning on allegations of spousal abuse, TMZ.com reports. Alan Panettiere will face a felony count of domestic violence for allegedly hitting wife Lesley in the cheek, leaving a visible mark. Police were summoned to their West Hollywood home at 3:00 a.m. after the incident, which occurred after the Heroes star, 18, and her parents went to Eva Longoria's restaurant, Beso, for a party. Lesley reportedly refused to go to the hospital, against advice of paramedics, but cops took pictures of the bruise. (link)
