ET spoke to past "Dancing with the Stars" winner Helio Castroneves about the new season of the competition as he dished out some fresh advice for the new contestants. IndyCar driver Castroneves, who won "DWTS" with his partner Julianne Hough in 2007, said the first week of the competition is the most grueling of all. But he said even the most inexperienced dancers can enjoy success if they work hard and remain patient. Castroneves spoke to ET while attending a dinner and sports memorabilia auction to raise money for paralysis cures last night at New York's Waldorf-Astoria hotel.
