LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Watch out, Miley -- Hilary Duff is coming back to TV. Hilary, who played Lizzie McGuire on the Disney Channel series of the same name, has signed a one-year development deal with NBC, Access Hollywood has learned. The singer-actress will star in her own series, as well as make guest appearances on other NBC shows. (link)
