HILLS RECAP: Lauren Has Another Run-In With Heidi and Spencer

The Lauren-Spencer feud keeps on keepin' on. On last night's episode, Stephanie Pratt celebrates her 22nd birthday at Boulevard 3 in Los Angeles. She invites Lauren – and swears Heidi and Spencer won't be there. "I just want to have a fun night," Stephanie says. "It's just like drama follows them." Replies Lauren, "I don't know if they follow it, so much as they chase it." Lauren brings Lo (yep, things are still awkward between her and Audrina ), as well as new beau Doug Reinhart. Surprise! Moments later, Spencer and Heidi arrive with balloons. Brody Jenner splits ("This is nothing but drama," he says) and soon Lauren and her crew flee. "I am so surprised you showed up!" Stephanie tells Spencer. Snipes Spencer: "I think we surprised someone else even more!" Spencer later pops by his sister's pad and gives her the usual ultimatum: Stop being friends with Lauren or lose me as a brother. He says he and Lauren will never be friends.
