April 28 was just another day in Britney Spears ’ healthy new life. The star, who has recently swapped fast-food runs for daily workouts, hit her regular Bally Total Fitness facility in Studio City, Calif., for an hour-long Spinning class. After the session, Britney stopped to chat with Life & Style . “I’m always happy when I’m done,” she said, before offering some one-on-one insight into her favorite cardio workout — hitting the dance floor. “To me, dancing doesn’t even feel like exercise,” Britney, 26, continued. “I love it.” The gym isn’t the only place where Britney’s getting serious.
