"In Treatment" Coming Back

HBO has renewed its half-hour psychotherapy drama "In Treatment" for a second season and is moving production on the show from Los Angeles to New York. This is the second series after ABC's "Ugly Betty" to move filming from L.A. to New York in the past month. New York State's recent decision to triple its tax credit for film and TV productions to 30 percent, with New York City offering an additional 5% credit, contributed to the transplant of "In Treatment," as it did in the "Ugly" move.
