You've heard of the split. Now ET has the legal separation papers of "Saturday Night Live" alum 37-year-old Chris Kattan and 31-year-old Sunshine Tutt , who have parted ways after only eight weeks of marriage. To see the papers, CLICK HERE !
Kattan filed for separation in L.A. Superior Court on August 21, citing irreconcilable differences and requesting that the court confirm his rights set forth in the couples' prenuptial agreement dated June 23.
Kattan's rep confirmed the split to ET just this week. The pair wed in June after an 18-month engagement. They have no children.
