An autopsy on John Travolta's son 16-year-old son Jett has been completed. A cause of death has yet to be revealed.
The boy's body was transported from the hospital to Grand Bahama's Restview Memorial Mortuary on Monday afternoon after two doctors, including a U.S.-certified pathologist, performed the autopsy. (A family doctor for Travolta was also present.)

The Travolta family was expected to send his remains by Wednesday to Ocala, Fla., where the actor owns a home, said Obie Wilchcombe, a family friend and member of the Bahamian parliament.
Jett, 16, died while on vacation with his family in the Bahamas.
He had suffered a seizure Friday at their home at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island and hit his head on a bathtub, the family's lawyers, Michael McDermott and Michael Ossi, told Usmagazine.com
A caretaker had found the teen unconscious in the bathroom around 10 a.m.
