By the Associated Press Court records show Michael Jackson's father is seeking an allowance from his son's estate.
An attorney for Joe Jackson filed papers in Los Angeles on Friday seeking a stipend, saying there was no apparent reason for the administrators of the estate to not seek an allowance for the 81-year-old family patriarch.
