Joel: Baby 'Looks So Much Like Mom!'

Joel Madden and Nicole Richie welcomed little Harlow Winter Kate into the world this weekend, and she's "growing everyday already," the rocker writes on his web site. "She looks so much like her mom its crazy! She eats like a little maniac and she's really sweet," he reveals. "She barely ever cries, even when daddy is changing her diaper, and believe me I suck when it comes to diapers, but I'm learning!"
