GOOD CHARLOTTE front man JOEL MADDEN and girlfriend NICOLE RICHIE welcomed daughter HARLOW WINTER KATE MADDEN into the world on January 11th and according to dcmacollective.com little Harlow looks just her mother! Madden gushed on his website saying "She looks so much like her mom its crazy! She eats like a little maniac and shes really sweet." Richie and Madden are requesting that fans forgo gifts and donate to the Richie-Madden Foundation instead. The couple started the foundation in their daughter's honor.
