Business News: EM.Sport buys remaining Constantin shares -- Call it Kirch Group v.2.0. Leo Kirch’s EM.Sport Media announced Thursday it was making a bid for the outstanding shares in leading entertainment group Constantin Film as it finally shed the excess baggage of its money-losing tyke division, EM.Entertainment.
