TV News: Actress inks TV deal with Harpo Prods. -- Oprah Winfrey is getting into business with Kirstie Alley. Winfrey's Chi-based Harpo Prods. has inked a development deal with Alley for TV projects. A daily talkshow toplined by Alley is already under consideration.
