An attorney representing the Jackson family says that Michael Jackson had a will and it is to be filed in court, according to a new report from the Associated Press . The AP reports that attorney L. Londell McMillan says the family is aware of the will. Documents filed earlier in Superior Court say that King of Pop's family believed he died without a valid will, according to the news agency.
