Lindsay Lohan Hitting the Bottle?

More trouble for Lindsay? "The Insider" has obtained new video of LINDSAY LOHAN showing the recently sober starlet drinking straight from a bottle of what appears to be champagne on New Year's Eve Monday night. She has been in Italy attending the 12th Annual Capri International Film Festival. Lindsay's lawyer, BLAIR BERK , tells "The Insider": "After being handed a champagne bottle while on a dance floor in Italy on New Year's Eve and drinking from it, the good news is that Lindsay immediately stopped, called her sponsor, and got herself back on track.
