LINDSAY LOHAN 's 14-year-old sister is already filming her first feature film, according to People magazine . In the film, 'Mostly Ghostly' (based on the supernatural tween book series by R. L. STINE ), Ali will play a high school senior, the mag reports. The pint-sized singer (who, People reports, is also recording a new album) will soon debut on reality TV as well -- she has been shooting an E! reality series with her mom, DINA called "Living Lohan."
