A TOP SECRET visit by the wife of GOP presidential hopeful John McCain ended in a blowout on Madison Avenue on Saturday. Long-haired blonde Cindy McCain left the fashionable Julien Farel Salon with a dazzling new coif. "It was jam-packed in the salon when we got a call from a Secret Service agent saying they were coming over from the Ritz-Carlton. One guy with an earplug came in first and looked the place over," a source told The Post's Cynthia R. Fagen. "But they didn't tell us who it was until she arrived a few minutes later. We took her into a back room for VIPs." McCain, 53 - in town for her hubby's appearance on "Saturday Night Live" - asked for a $95 wash and a blow-dry. "She was easygoing, not like some of my clients and not a big shot," said stylist Alina Novikov. "She said, 'You are the artist, create what you think is best for me.'
