LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) has issued an open letter to Shia LaBeouf in the wake of his car crash and subsequent arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence, this past weekend in Los Angeles. And, the mother of LaBeouf's passenger, Isabel Lucas, speaks out about the crash.
