Michael Phelps to Make Splash on VMA's, Leno

Two more high-profile TV meets for the Olympian. Olympic swimming champ Michael Phelps has scored two more golden TV gigs: appearances on MTV's VMA awards and "The Tonight Show," says the New York Post . The 23-year-old will be a presenter at the VMAs on September 7, and then he'll yuk it up with Jay Leno on Sept. 8, says the paper. On Wednesday ET confirmed that Phelps will host the season opener of "Saturday Night Live" on September 13, with musical guest Lil' Wayne. (link)
