Earlier this year, MTV held a contest to give away a personal concert to a high school student who is involved with charity. Alison Kaprielian, a senior who volunteers for the Pink Ribbon Club to raise breast cancer awareness, won the prize.
Earlier, MTV told Usmagazine.com that Cyrus would surprise the winner at her house, and also perform from her bedroom. Cyrus' bro's band, Metro Station, is also slated to sing a few tunes.
Cyrus and her dancer pal Mandy Jiroux also hung out with Kaprielian on Tuesday.
