First it was the VMA promos (did anyone else who watched them feel slightly uncomfortable for Britney?), then it was rumors of a VMA performance in a British tabloid, and now it's a chatty hairdresser—all giving us hope that the Britney Spears we know and love is indeed coming back.Lucky for us, that chatty hairdresser is our very own Kim Vo, the Daily 10's resident hair guru, who told E! News exclusively that he just may be creating three VMA looks for the "E-mail My Heart" singer. (link)
