LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Neil Patrick Harris has opened up to Out magazine, giving the publication a candid interview about his relationship, monogamy and why his CNN crush - Anderson Cooper - is so "dreamy." In the new interview, Harris said he and his longtime boyfriend, fellow actor David Burtka, wear bands around their fingers, despite the fact that they are not married.
