New Video: Lindsay Lohan Swigging Champagne!

The troubled starlet has a setback on New Year's Eve. ET has obtained new video of LINDSAY LOHAN showing the recently sober starlet drinking straight from a bottle of what appears to be champagne on New Year's Eve Monday night. She has been in Italy attending the 12th annual Capri International Film Festival. Lindsay's lawyer, BLAIR BERK , tells ET, "The good news was that Lindsay stopped herself that night, called her sponsor, and got herself immediately back on track. There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world." Her dad, MICHAEL , also tells us: "Lindsay is in constant touch with me. I realize that there will still be temptation, especially among the wrong people and places. I have true faith that she’ll stay on a path and not succumb to the things or people that brought her down before." (link)
