... sporting a rather large rock about a week ago, and was seen hanging around Nick Cannon, but I didn’t think very much of it (hence the reason it wasn’t posted here).  Now, as confirmed by a family member to People, the two were married earlier this week in the Carribean.  They’ve been dating for about 2 months, she’s 39 and he’s 27; sounds like a recipe for success.  Should I be surprised that Mariah would pull a stunt like this??  I’d be surprised if they make it past the 48hr mark. ... Well who could stand that feeling of being smitten for WEEKS? I mean that is just an intolerable length of time. The Post also says that Carey isn’t as dumb as we feared – she did get a quickie pre-nup. I didn’t know that was possible, but good for her for being somewhat smart while being fairly stupid. Linda Cannon – who People says is a relative of Nick’s, but doesn’t elaborate – says that after they married, Nick “called and told us all about it.” ...
