Nicole Richie Granted Temporary Restraining Order Against Photographers

ET has obtained court documents in which two photographers have been temporarily ordered to stay away from Nicole Richie . Read on for details. A Los Angeles judge made the ruling on Friday, ordering Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel , 33, and Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene , 29, to stay at least 100 yards away from Richie and her two-year-old daughter Harlow , and her six-week-old son, Sparrow . In court papers obtained by ET, Richie cites an October 5 car accident, claiming the photographers "caused a car collision, damaging my vehicle and injuring me while [they] were attempting to take photographs of my family and me."
