"The Insider" has the latest... NICOLE RICHIE plays cover girl on the upcoming issue of Harper's Bazaar , on stands May 20. The new mom talks about everything from best friend PARIS HILTON , baby girl HARLOW and boyfriend JOEL MADDEN -- and whether or not they'll wed anytime soon. "One day, yeah-not tomorrow, not today," she says of saying "I do." "We are committed to our family. I'm 26. I've definitely had a very eventful year. So right now, it's about me enjoying my time with my daughter." (link)
